Rules of the Discussion Forums

The Žltý melón forums are a place where users can discuss, seek advice and exchange experiences about their use of Žltý melón. The primary purpose of our forum is to help build our community, raise awareness and provide information about the key objectives of Žltý melón to all of our users. To ensure our forum is a safe place for people to discuss freely and serves its primary purpose all users must adhere to the following rules at all times when using the forum:

• Keep the whole debate and the individual contributions decent and have respect for other users and their opinions. Do not use vulgar language and do not engage in personal attacks against other users.
• Keep posts and the discussion on topic and constructive.
• Discussions on the forum must not include, or make reference to, the full names or contact information for any user of Žltý melón, in order to maintain our commitments to protecting individual’s privacy.
• Discussions on the forum must not contain any specific information about loans on Žltý melón, which is otherwise only accessible to registered users of our platform.
• Posts must not attack the author or or their ideas and contributions to the discussion, the operator of Žltý melón, any persons, topics or entities that are the subject of debates and other discussants.
• Posts must not violate copyright laws or promote pages and other other entities that violate these rights.
• Posts on our forums must not contain any content that is purely concerned with providing or promoting advertising information for any person, entity or organisation.
• Posts on our forum must not defend or incite violence, bigotry, racism, or defamatory content about any specific people or to group of people, especially with regards to any ethnic or religious groups.
• Posts on our forum must not be of a nature or contain content that is likely to bother or annoy other users of the forum, including any disproportionate repeated publication of the same or similar content, or deliberate highlighting and quoting of any particular text or content posted by any users.
• In the event that you feel that any of the contributions on our forum do not follow the rules of this website, are off-topic and/or contain any content that might overtly offend, insult or annoy other users, we ask that you please report it to the forum administrators using the report button, indicating the specific content or discussion pages and the corresponding author which you feel should be reviewed. The operator and administrators of our forums monitor the discussions and content posted on the forums at all times and reserve the right to remove or censor any content or discussions that they believe violate these rules or any applicable laws governing such internet-based discussions and hosting of content. In such cases we reserve the right to take any and all actions to delete any inappropriate or illegal content as well as block access to the forums of any users posting such content in violation of these rules and standards. The forums are not intended to provide a place to ask direct questions to the owners and operators of Žltý melón and/or to make complaints about the services provided by Žltý melón and/or its owners and operators. Such content will be deleted immediately and users will be directed to make any complaints or ask any such questions using the contact form on our website or via email zltymelon@zltymelon.sk
